How it works
Your monthly membership fee ($64 or $108) will be charged on your credit card on the 1st or the 15th of the month.
This is a month-to-month contract. Cancel anytime with a 30-day notice given. (There is an initial 6-month minimum commitment).
Monthly membership credits expire after 90 days.
